Awesome service gave me my tracking number in a private email so i could get my package before my dad did who im named after and saved me an ass whoopin lol.

To long on delivery it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get order. U need to offer overnight service 2 day express and the cost is way to high for a 1pound package it cost about 2 u.s. dollars so for ukraine money maybe 25cents. Was shipped in bubble envelope im suprised nothing broke needs to be in card board box.

Quality is great any thing u read about kalpa products being fake is a load of shit. i only use kalpa because its the only thing that looks like it wasnt made by a 5 year old. They are always out of stock on eq and wintrol.

Always responds within a day or 2 and friendly. I was in need of my tracking number so my dad who im named after didnt sign for and recieve my order. My stuff would have been trashed if he did as he wouldnt approve. Cust. Support gave me my tracking number in a private email so i was able to get my package before my dad did by accident. This area is the only thing to complain about delivery time is about 4 to 6 weeks and they only offer basic shipping which is way over priced. Shipping anything under 1 pound only costs about 2 dollars u.s. Money they charge you 28. Other shipping methods should be offered ie overnight 2 day express ect. and for a more reasonable price. Packing was a bubble lined envelope im suprised nothing broke. Should be packaged in a cardboard box.

Tons of selection on some very few on others. They are almost always out of stock on wintrol and equipose which makes a constant supply difficult unless u have the money for bulk orders. Other than that quality is great. Kalpa pharm products are not fake disreguard what you read about kalpa its all bull shit.

Make sure that your shippers package anything that can be broken in something with a little more support maybe. I had a package that had something broken, and other things crushed.
